· Overview of the Business Management programme
English-language studies in Business Management aim to meet the market demand for individuals who can effectively integrate knowledge of management, economics, and finance. This interdisciplinary approach prepares students to manage diverse organizations and support business decisions at various levels. The program consists of three core modules:
- IT and AI Applications in Modern Management
- Economic and Financial Aspects of Management
- Human Resource Management and Marketing
These modules combine managerial, financial analytical, technological, and interpersonal skills, providing a comprehensive foundation for future business leaders.
Opportunities during studies
During their studies, students will have the opportunity to develop their skills, gain practical knowledge, build a network of international professional contacts, and strengthen their ability to work in culturally diverse teams. They can also complete part of the programme at other Polish or foreign universities through the MOST and Erasmus+ exchange schemes.
In addition to classes, students will have the opportunity to engage with the academic community, broadening their knowledge by participating in seminars and scientific conferences.

Graduate profile
A graduate of the second-cycle Business Management program possesses advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in management and quality studies, enhanced by selected topics from economics and finance. This individual is capable of critically analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating managerial phenomena and processes at various scales. A graduate can assess the influence of the environment on these phenomena and is skilled in preparing and making strategic decisions. Additionally, the graduate possesses well-developed soft skills that are essential for working effectively in diverse, multi-sectoral, and interdisciplinary environments. These skills include leadership, employee management, teamwork, negotiation, and business communication.
What Comes After Graduation?
The graduate will be prepared to:
- establish and run their own business, including startups utilizing AI tools;
- assume managerial and expert roles in private companies, public institutions, and advisory or social organizations;
- efficiently manage diverse projects and interdisciplinary teams, considering technological, financial, and ethical factors;
- support decision-making processes in marketing, finance, and operations management;
- participate in the digital transformation of organizations, with a focus on implementing AI-based solutions;
- advance to doctoral studies or enhance qualifications through postgraduate programs such as an MBA;
- work in an international environment, including global companies where English is the main language of communication.
Qualification rules
- Admission is open to both Polish citizens and international students.
- Admission to the program will be based on an interview* with the applicant, which will assess their motivation to pursue the program and their basic knowledge of management and economics (up to 100 points). The minimum number of points required to pass the interview is 60. Candidates who do not receive the minimum number of points will not be admitted to the next stage of the admissions process.
NB: Please contact the Admissions Office for further guidance. - The programme is offered on a tuition-fee basis to candidates holding a bachelor's degree or any other equivalent degree, which entitles them to undertake the Master’s degree programme in the country where the documents were issued, together with legalisation (in the form of an apostille or the Polish Consulate legalisation).
